Mustard

The climate of Bhind region is most congenial for the mustard produce. During the season of this crop the whole area looks yellow all around. Therefore there is a famous epithet for this crop, i.e.,” Yellow Gold “. It is the main agricultural produce and economic backbone of the local farmers. Researchers have been done on the local produce of the mustard seed and it has been discovered that its oil quality and quantity both are better than that of any other one grown up anywhere in India. There are a number of edible mustard oil plants whose products have a great demand all over the country.
